The
chocolate dipped Maple Candy is made by cooking the
maple syrup to a very high temperature, reducing the
amount of water. The hot syrup is poured into our candy
machine where it is stirred and caught in rubber
molds then dipped in chocolate. You can always count on
a fresh batch because we make candy every Monday.
